At Pingala, we believe diet goes hand-in-hand with good health and vitality.
We have studied nutrition and health extensively, and can advise you on good dietary practice, teach you to make delicious and wholesome recipes and help you to improve your overall health and energy.
The basis of our dietary system is the ancient Indian system of Ayurveda or 'Science of Life'. Ayurveda treats every individual in their own unique way, based on their 'Prakriti' or constitution.
Our dietary advice also incorporates other systems and methodologies, including traditional Japanese recipes, whole foods, and the latest scientific findings regarding nutrition and its effects on treating illness and dis-ease.
Yoko can teach you the cooking and lifestyle techniques, that have taken her from illness and disease to health and vitality.
The movement towards whole, nurturing foods that support the body, mind and spirit are tantamount to a healthy life. These foods combined with good exercise, meditation and body work can be transformative.
