Yoga Energy Alignment Workshop

Our previous energy alignment workshop was so successful, and everyone enjoyed it so much, we've decided to continue with this theme. For those who couldn't make it last time, we hope you can make it for the next one, and we are planning to make it a regular thing.

Once again, the workshops will focus on authentic Yoga alignment and allow for powerful and deep opening of the body. There will be a long savasana at the end of class, where Yoko will give hands-on healing and massage, and allow for deep relaxation. We will also provide tea at the end.

Due to limited space, we will be running two separate workshops - Saturday November 6th and Sunday November 7th. You can book into either of these dates. We will be running the workshops from our home in Redland, Bristol, and, due to the very limited numbers (four per workshop), we will be unable to offer refunds, so please make sure you are committed before booking. The cost of each workshop is £30.
