All therapies offered in group classes are also available in private sessions.

All of our services are non-invasive and nurture your body, mind and spirit. Any massage or reflexology is gentle, and can help with energy flow.
The cost of a private session is £60 per hour.
A five-session pass is also available to really commit to transforming your life.
